DHL CRE, the Corporate Real Estate arm of DHL, seeks an experienced engineer to oversee maintenance of cold-chain infrastructure and critical facility systems in Bogotá. You will manage preventive and corrective maintenance for refrigeration, HVAC, and safety systems, ensuring regulatory compliance and reliable operations.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in industrial refrigeration, HVAC and facility maintenance, with contractor coordination and documentation skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering with refrigeration/HVAC experience.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience maintaining and troubleshooting critical facility equipment.
• Experience coordinating specialized contractors and documenting activities.

Responsabilidades

• Manage preventive, corrective and condition-based maintenance plans for cold rooms and refrigeration systems.
• Provide oversight of HVAC, ventilation, and critical facility equipment.
• Monitor temperature, alarms and maintenance history to ensure continuity.
• Define scopes, specifications and service levels for maintenance and repairs.
• Coordinate with contractors, review proposals and verify certifications.

Educación

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering with refrigeration/HVAC experience
