Job summary

Proximus Global is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Lead to own Masiv's AWS cloud foundation, lead a team, and drive secure, scalable and cost-efficient cloud solutions. You will balance hands-on engineering with leadership responsibilities and collaborate with global Cloud & DevOps teams.

The role requires deep AWS expertise, strong networking and security knowledge, and the ability to influence technical decisions across teams, with a flexible hybrid work model and opportunities for

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure / Cloud Engineering.
• Strong hands-on AWS experience and infrastructure design/implementation.
• Knowledge of cloud networking (TCP/IP, connectivity, architecture).
• Strong understanding of cloud security, governance, and controls.
• Experience with cloud observability and monitoring.
• Experience with cloud cost optimization / FinOps.
• Proven ability to lead and make technical decisions across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own design and evolution of Masiv's AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Lead governance, security policies, guardrails, and tagging standards.
• Design and manage AWS infrastructure, networking and observability solutions.
• Establish and improve cloud standards and patterns; drive automation.
• Ensure reliability, DR and high availability; partner with Security for controls.
• Identify cost optimization opportunities with FinOps; review designs and provide support.
• Lead and develop the Cloud Infrastructure team; collaborate with Engineering.
