Masiv is seeking an Affiliate Security Officer to lead Information Security, embedding security into business, technology, and operations. You will partner with Technology, Sales, Legal and other stakeholders to translate security objectives into priorities.

The role requires governance, risk management, incident response, and continuous improvement, with alignment to Proximus Global security strategy and local adaptation.

Formación

• 5+ years leading Information Security teams or functions.
• Strong knowledge of governance, risk management and controls.
• Experience with ISO 27001 / ISMS.
• Experience in security risk and incident management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to work with diverse teams.
• Advanced English proficiency mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and embed Masiv's Information Security strategy and roadmap.
• Embed security across business, technology, projects and operations.
• Align local security with Proximus Group standards.
• Oversee ISMS, policies, controls and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and mentor the local information security team.
• Collaborate with Sales, Legal and Tech to address security needs.
