Job summary

AgileEngine LLC seeks a Senior Cloud/DevOps Engineer to operate and improve cloud infrastructure behind an enterprise data platform in a regulated healthcare environment. The role emphasizes AWS EKS, Kubernetes, Argo Workflows, Terraform, and strong English communication.

You will provide senior technical ownership, manage incident response, and drive reliability through automation and IaC, with on-call rotation and LatAm coverage.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering, DevOps, or SRE.
• Strong hands-on experience operating AWS infrastructure in production.
• Advanced experience with Kubernetes and Amazon EKS, including workload operations and observability.
• Hands-on administering and troubleshooting Argo Workflows or similar.
• Strong Terraform and IaC, Git-based delivery practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior technical ownership for the Cloud/DevOps service tower during LatAm coverage.
• Operate, maintain, and improve AWS infrastructure supporting the Data Platform (EKS, S3, EventBridge, SQS, API Gateway, Lambda).
• Administer Kubernetes workloads and Argo Workflows (deployment, monitoring, capacity, recovery).
• Define and improve IaC standards and CI/CD release processes using Terraform and Git.
• Lead observability improvements across infra and data workloads with runbooks and alerts.
