A global technology company is looking for a Change Management Specialist to provide consultation and support for organizational initiatives in Colombia. The ideal candidate will have experience in change management and training delivery, along with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn. Responsibilities include assessing change impacts, developing training materials, and tracking project progress, with a focus on enhancing end-user adoption and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Experience supporting organizational change initiatives related to technology, process, or business transformation.
• Exposure to learning design, training delivery, or end‑user enablement activities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create client‑ready deliverables.

Responsabilidades

• Provide change management, learning, and enablement support for projects.
• Assist with change impact and readiness assessments.
• Help track adoption and change progress metrics.

Conocimientos

Experience in organizational change initiatives

Learning design and training delivery

Change management concepts

Strong communication skills

Collaboration with global teams

Educación

Prosci Change Management Practitioner certification

Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP)

PMP, Prince2, ITIL 4, Agile certifications
