Job summary

TMF Group in Bogotá seeks a Change & Training Analyst to drive effective change management for key projects across the organization. You will assist with change impact analyses, develop training materials and communications, and support cross-functional teams through delivery and adoption of changes.

Requirements include 3–5 years in training, English fluency, and flexibility across time zones. Portuguese is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of training experience, preferably for Digital Transformation or GEM projects.
• Fluency in English is required; Portuguese is desirable.
• Familiarity with Canva, PowerPoint and Walnut.
• Flexible to work across time zones.
• Ability to adapt to a multi-cultural environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and critical thinking skills.
• Basic data management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in execution of change management plans aligned with regional and global strategy.
• Support development of change impact analyses and readiness assessments.
• Create and manage communication plans and training materials for affected groups.
• Identify resistance and help craft strategies to foster acceptance.
• Support learning and awareness activities and deliver training sessions as needed.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth change adoption.
