Work Environment: Colombian and international teams

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm EST

Salary range: $10.000.000COP - 13.000.000COP per month

Contract Type: Long‑term

About the Role

We’re seeking a Senior Business Intelligence & Revenue Operations Analyst to support the business through data‑driven insights and advanced CRM analytics. This role is ideal for a highly analytical professional with a strong background in data analysis and reporting, who is motivated to grow within Revenue Operations. While deep end‑to‑end RevOps experience is not a strict requirement, the role places strong emphasis on the ability to extract, analyze, and interpret data from HubSpot to support decision‑making across teams. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, curious, and eager to continuously learn, working closely with stakeholders to turn CRM and business data into actionable insights.

👉 Top priority: strong data analysis skills and the ability to pull and work with data from HubSpot.

Key Responsibilities

• Extract, analyze, and transform data from HubSpot (reports, dashboards, exports).
• Build and maintain simple reports and dashboards to track performance.
• Work with spreadsheets and database outputs to identify trends and insights.
• Translate data into clear, actionable insights for internal teams and leadership.
• Support operational and seasonal initiatives (e.g., SOC 2 data preparation).
• Collaborate with internal teams to respond to data‑related questions.

Must‑Have Requirements

• Advanced English level (C1+).
• Knowledge in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Data Analysis, or similar data‑focused roles.
• 4–6 years of hands‑on experience working with HubSpot including data extraction, reporting, and dashboards.
• 4–6 years of experience in Business Intelligence / data analysis, including working with large datasets and performance metrics.
• Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into business recommendations.
• Experience communicating data insights to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Background in Business, Engineering, Data, Finance, Operations, or related fields.
• Highly analytical, detail‑oriented, proactive, and well‑organized.

Nice‑to‑Have

• Experience creating CRM dashboards and performance reports.
• Exposure to operational metrics and performance tracking.
• Experience supporting audits or compliance‑related initiatives (e.g., SOC 2).
• Familiarity with other CRM or analytics tools beyond HubSpot.
• Previous experience in fast‑paced or scaling environments.
