Algoworks is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our global delivery teams. You will translate business needs into clear, buildable requirements and work with product and engineering to drive discovery, backlog readiness and acceptance criteria across Agile sprints.

You will elicit and document requirements, break down epics into actionable items and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and traceability from concept to release.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of business analysis experience in enterprise technology programs.
• Strong experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria and requirement documents.
• Ability to translate business needs into buildable scope for technical teams.
• Good understanding of Agile delivery, backlog grooming and sprint execution.
• Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Elicit, analyze and document business requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Break down epics and features into clear, build-ready backlog items.
• Identify process flows, business rules, data needs, dependencies and edge cases.
• Work with product owners, SMEs, architects, developers and QA teams to clarify scope.
• Facilitate requirement reviews, walkthroughs and sign-off discussions.
• Support sprint planning, demos, UAT preparation and release readiness.
• Maintain traceability from requirements to design, development and test coverage.
• Prepare process flows, functional notes, decision logs and open-item trackers.
• Support change impact analysis and prioritization discussions.
