Job summary

Algoworks is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our global delivery teams. You will translate business needs into clear, buildable requirements and work with product and engineering to drive discovery, backlog readiness and acceptance criteria across Agile sprints.

You will elicit and document requirements, break down epics into actionable items and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and traceability from concept to release.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of business analysis experience in enterprise technology programs.
• Strong experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria and requirement documents.
• Ability to translate business needs into buildable scope for technical teams.
• Good understanding of Agile delivery, backlog grooming and sprint execution.
• Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Role Overview

• Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have

• Experience in product modernization or platform transformation programs.
• Exposure to API, data, workflow or rules-driven systems.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence or similar tools.
• Basic understanding of testing, UAT and release readiness.

• Strong requirements gathering and user story writing experience.
