WPP Media Limited is seeking a senior BI/Analytics professional to develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports across Power BI, Datorama, and Tableau, ensuring accurate, scalable insights for digital media campaigns.

You will drive QA, define KPIs, and support Data Ops/Engineering to build robust data architecture while coordinating with onshore/offshore teams in a hybrid/remote setup across Colombia and Mexico.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in BI, data analytics, or data QA in digital marketing or media.
• Advanced Power BI; experience with Datorama/Tableau/Looker valued.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Knowledge of QA methodologies and automated data pipelines.
• Familiar with ad-tech platforms and web analytics tools.
• Strong English communication; able to collaborate in onshore/offshore model.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering/Business Analytics/Data Science or equivalent.
• SQL, Python, or ETL scripting is a plus.
• Exposure to cloud infra, preferably GCP BigQuery, Storage, Dataflow or AWS/Azure.

Responsabilités

• Develop, update, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations.
• Produce recurring and ad-hoc reports.
• Support measurement frameworks and KPIs alignment.
• Manage reporting playbooks, calendars, and milestones.
• Design and run test plans and automated validation scripts.
• Validate and reconcile data across Power BI, Datorama, Tableau and sources.
• Support data governance and taxonomy requirements.
• Define requirements for Data Ops and Data Engineering teams.
• Assist intake and QA of partner-provided performance data.
• Coordinate timelines, communicate progress, risks, and dependencies.
• Adapt to changing needs and coordinate across onshore/offshore teams.
• Identify repetitive tasks for efficiency.
• Maintain documentation of workflows, data schemas, QA processes, logs.
