Job summary

WPP Media Limited is seeking a Senior Associate, Data Analytics and BI to join the Global Operations Centre. You will develop interactive dashboards (Power BI, Tableau) and produce reports to measure digital media campaigns across multiple regions.

Expect involvement in data governance, taxonomies, and cross-team coordination within a hybrid work model. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in BI/Analytics, strong English communication, and hands-on SQL/Python/ETL skills, plus experience with ad-tech

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Data QA.
• Experience with Power BI is essential; experience with Datorama/Tableau/Looker is valued.
• Excel proficiency required; familiarity with ad-tech platforms is a plus.
• Strong English communication and cross-functional collaboration in onshore/offshore models.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or ETL scripting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations, ensuring accuracy and impactful visuals.
• Produce recurring and ad-hoc reports reflecting digital media campaign performance.
• Support campaign measurement frameworks and KPI alignment with objectives.
• Manage reporting playbooks, calendars, and milestones to ensure accountability.
• Design and execute test plans and automated validation for reporting accuracy.
• Validate data across Power BI, Datorama, Tableau and data warehouses.
• Support taxonomy and data governance in paid media datasets.
• Define business requirements for Data Operations and Data Engineering teams to build stable data architecture.
• Oversee intake and QA of partner-provided performance data.
• Coordinate project timelines and communicate progress and risks.
• Adapt to changing needs and support different onshore/offshore teams.
• Identify repetitive tasks to improve reporting efficiency.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of workflows, schemas, QA tests, and change logs.
