Job summary

Edgewell Personal Care seeks a results-driven analytics professional to support the commercial organization through data analysis, KPI monitoring, and reporting. You will build dashboards and tools transforming data into insights that drive performance and inform operational decisions across channels and customers.

The role requires strong Excel and BI tooling skills, English and Spanish communication, and a proactive mindset to improve processes and governance within a global team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economic, or Industrial Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in BI, data analytics, finance, or planning.
• Strong knowledge in data analysis and financial planning.

Responsibilities

• Develops reports, dashboards, databases, and analytical tools for decision-making.
• Analyze Sell-In, Sell-Out, and KPI data to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Monitor performance across channels, customers, and franchises with data insights.
• Develop and monitor sales incentive reporting to drive performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional processes with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, HR and others.
• Participate in business reviews with data-driven analyses and action follow-ups.
• Drive data quality, governance, and continuous improvement of analytics.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance reporting and data integration.
• Manage pricing administration, including ticket creation, system updates, and margins.
