Edgewell Personal Care Italy S.R.L. Bogotá is seeking a results-driven analytics professional to support the commercial organization through data analysis, KPI monitoring, and business reporting.

You will develop dashboards and analytical tools, transforming data into actionable insights that identify trends, risks, and performance gaps. Ensure timely, accurate information to guide operational decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in BI, data analytics, finance or planning processes.
• Strong knowledge in data analysis and financial planning.
• Internal reporting experience and ability to collaborate with business partners.

Responsabilités

• Support the commercial organization through the development of reports, dashboards, databases, and analytical tools, ensuring timely, accurate information for decision-making.
• Analyze Sell-In, Sell-Out, and execution KPIs, identifying performance gaps, risks, opportunities, and actionable recommendations.
• Monitor commercial performance across channels, customers, segments, and franchises through sales, invoice, pricing, and market data analysis.
• Develop, maintain, and monitor sales incentive reporting and target setting to support sales force performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional processes with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, and other stakeholders, ensuring compliance and effective execution of commercial processes.
• Participate in customer, local, and regional business reviews, supporting data-driven discussions and follow-up.
• Drive data quality, governance, and continuous improvement of commercial information across the organization.
• Leverage digital and AI-enabled tools to enhance reporting and analytics for day-to-day business decisions.
• Manage pricing administration activities, including price tickets, system updates, and margin validations.
