You will develop dashboards and analytical tools, transforming data into actionable insights to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance gaps. In this role you will ensure the availability and accuracy of commercial information to drive decision-making, improve execution, and support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in BI, data analytics, finance or planning.
• Strong data analysis and financial planning skills.
• Experience with internal reporting.
• Excellent communication in English and Spanish.
• Advanced Excel and IT tools expertise.
• Ability to drive process improvements and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop reports, dashboards, databases, and tools for decision-making.
• Analyze Sell-In/Sell-Out KPIs and identify gaps and opportunities.
• Monitor performance across channels and provide insights to management.
• Maintain sales incentive reporting and target setting.
• Coordinate cross-functional processes with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, HR.
• Support regional reviews with data-driven analyses.
