Connect Tech+Talent is seeking a Senior BI Analyst to evaluate, select, set up and implement the right BI platform based on business and technical needs. You will work hands-on across tool assessment, data modeling, semantic layer design and dashboard development.

You will build interactive dashboards, connect BI tools to data sources, validate outputs and partner with stakeholders to translate reporting needs into scalable BI solutions.

Formación

• 4-6+ years in BI analytics or reporting with hands-on dashboard skills.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker or similar platforms.
• Strong SQL skills and data modeling experience.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and compare BI tools based on business needs, usability and cost.
• Support PoCs and recommend the most suitable BI platform.
• Perform hands-on setup, configuration and validation of BI tools.
• Design data models, semantic layers, KPIs and reporting structures.
• Build interactive dashboards and visualizations for users.
• Connect BI tools to databases, warehouses, APIs and data sources.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate reporting needs into scalable BI solutions.
• Define BI standards for data modeling, dashboard design, performance and governance.
