Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Engineering.
• 5–7 years FP&A experience in CPG/FMCG or fast-moving environments.
• Strong knowledge in financial statements, analysis and planning.
• Exposure to commercial finance including pricing and trade spending.
• Advanced English, ability to interact with stakeholders globally.

Responsibilities

• Lead country FP&A planning, budgeting, forecasts and rolling forecasts.
• Coordinate monthly close and align accounting with FP&A insights.
• Analyze variances and explain root causes and drivers.
• Provide deep-dive analyses on revenue, margin and costs.
• Support business reviews for local leadership and corporate.
