INGEPSY is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Backend‑Leaning Full Stack) to join a small, distributed team. You will own end-to-end projects across payment integrations, data pipelines, and reconciliation systems, with AI‑assisted tooling and a strong emphasis on reliable production systems.

The role blends roughly 80% backend and 20% frontend work, in a fast‑moving startup environment. You’ll collaborate closely with leadership and engineers across time zones to deliver high‑impact solutions.

Formación

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong backend engineering skills with full-stack capability.
• Experience owning and shipping production systems end-to-end.
• Strong system design and technical judgment.
• Experience working with APIs, databases, integrations, and production systems.

Responsabilidades

• Own projects end to end from problem understanding to production delivery.
• Develop backend systems with 80% focus and 20% frontend work.
• Work on payment, billing, data ingestion, retry and reconciliation systems.
• Build and maintain AI-assisted development workflows and tooling.
• Collaborate with distributed team using two‑week sprints and code reviews.
