Requirements include 5+ years in backend, a four-year degree, advanced English, and hands-on Laravel PHP plus Go microservices experience. You’ll thrive in Agile/Scrum and own deployments from CI/CD to production.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend software engineering experience.
• Advanced English is required.
• A four-year college degree is required.
• Experience with Laravel and PHP backend development.
• Experience extracting monolithic logic and building Go microservices.
• Ability to scale backend and manage high-traffic launches.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients in team augmentation or product delivery modes.
• Develop, deploy, and maintain backend services in Laravel and Go microservices.
• Own CI/CD pipelines and ensure production stability.
