BairesDev is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer for Identity Platform. You will build authorization services and API middleware in Ruby on Rails powering multiple systems, with emphasis on secure, scalable backend design.

You will collaborate across teams, migrate legacy models to modern identity architectures, and ensure reliable authentication flows. This fully remote role offers global impact and competitive compensation.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in backend software engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails.
• Experience designing secure integrations using Auth0, PostgreSQL, SAML, OIDC, enterprise SSO, and SCIM.
• Background migrating from legacy authorization models to modern identity architectures.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
