BairesDev is a global tech company hiring a Platform Security Engineer (IAM) to architect and implement identity systems for cloud-native platforms. You will serve as the technical authority on authentication and authorization strategies across multi-tenant environments.

The role emphasizes enterprise authentication, central identity providers, and scalable security patterns. You will collaborate with engineering teams to embed identity-first security throughout the lifecycle, in a 100% remote,

Formación

• 4+ years in Identity and Access Management or Platform Security.
• Experience designing authn/authz with OAuth2, OIDC and SAML.
• Familiarity with Auth0, Okta or AWS Cognito.
• Knowledge of RBAC, ReBAC and Zanzibar-inspired models.
• Understanding multi-tenant architectures and identity federation.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design and deployment of enterprise authentication services using OAuth2, OIDC and SAML.
• Build and maintain fine-grained authorization systems for high-scale platforms.
• Configure central identity providers (Auth0, Okta, Cognito) in distributed environments.
• Establish multi-tenant security architectures and enforce isolation across identities.
• Implement SSO and federation across services and units.
• Collaborate with engineering to embed identity-first security into infrastructure.
