BairesDev is seeking a Senior Platform Security Engineer specialized in IAM and Authorization to design, build, and maintain scalable access-control for our core platform. You will translate complex policies into robust implementations across a distributed system.

You’ll work on RBAC and ReBAC models, SpiceDB and Auth0 FGA, and develop shared security libraries and middleware. Enjoy 100% remote work, flexible hours, and global collaboration.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Platform Security, IAM, or related software engineering roles.
• Proficiency with REBAC and RBAC models.
• Hands-on experience with SpiceDB and/or Auth0 FGA.
• Strong skills in building core tooling, including auth middleware.
• Understanding of distributed systems and API-first design principles.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and deploy scalable identity and access management solutions across the platform.
• Build and optimize fine-grained authorization systems and access control models.
• Develop shared security libraries, authentication middleware, and platform tooling.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate secure-by-default API patterns and standards.
• Ensure reliability, performance, and low-latency of global authorization services.
