BairesDev is hiring a Senior Identity Platform Engineer to own the identity platform, including authorization services and Ruby on Rails middleware powering downstream systems.

You will design secure integrations using Auth0, PostgreSQL, SAML, OIDC and enterprise SSO, while migrating legacy models to modern architectures. This fully remote role requires advanced English and offers global collaboration opportunities.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in identity and access management engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails.
• Deep expertise designing secure integrations using Auth0, PostgreSQL, SAML, OIDC, enterprise SSO and SCIM.
• Proven experience migrating from legacy authorization models to modern identity architectures.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Own and evolve the identity platform, including authorization services and API middleware built in Ruby on Rails.
• Design secure identity integrations across enterprise standards and protocols.
• Lead the migration from legacy authorization models to modern identity architectures.
• Ensure the identity platform remains secure, scalable, and reliable across all downstream systems.
