BairesDev is seeking a Senior Ruby on Rails Engineer to drive robust, scalable backend systems for high-performance web applications. You will translate complex product requirements into clean, well-tested code while ensuring optimal architecture and database efficiency.

Formación

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proven expertise building backend web apps with Ruby on Rails.
• Strong RESTful API development experience.
• Proficiency in SQL, Active Record, testing, and performance tuning.
• Experience with Git and cloud deployment.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build scalable backend web applications using modern practices.
• Develop and optimize secure, reliable RESTful APIs to power client-server communication.
• Create and maintain efficient database schemas and write optimized queries.
• Implement comprehensive test suites and performance tuning strategies.
• Coordinate version control, deployment workflows, and cloud infrastructure setups.
