Expect to monitor merchant performance, run deep dives, and translate insights into concrete action plans and product requests. Collaboration with Delivery Operations will help improve fulfillment and meet high merchant

Formación

• 2+ years of highly analytical experience within a tech platform, management consulting firm, O2O/Logistics startup, or business operations environment.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel / Google Sheets.
• Startup mindset with a detail-oriented approach to ownership of results.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills; fluent to native in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Data Monitoring & Deep-Dives: daily monitoring of merchant performance, volume growth and operational health; root-cause analyses of data anomalies.
• Qualitative Merchant & User Research: structured interviews and feedback sessions to gather insights.
• Translating Insights into Action: synthesize data and feedback into concrete action plans and product capability requests.
• Delivery Ops Collaboration: work with Entrega Delivery Operations to improve fulfillment rates and meet merchant expectations.
