DiDi is expanding its Entrega B2C team in Bogotá. We seek a Senior Analyst to bridge data analytics with merchant operations and product strategy, driving growth by turning data into practical improvements.

You will own daily data monitoring, conduct structured interviews with merchants and end-users, and synthesize findings into concrete action plans while collaborating with the core Delivery Operations team to improve fulfillment rates and align capabilities with merchant expectations.

Formación

• 2+ years of highly analytical experience in a tech platform, logistics startup, or similar.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Startup mindset with ownership of results.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Data monitoring and deep-dives on merchant performance and SLA adherence.
• Lead qualitative interviews with merchants and end-users to gather insights.
• Synthesize metrics and qualitative feedback into actionable product and operational plans.
• Collaborate with Delivery Operations to align logistics capabilities with merchant expectations.
