DiDi Chuxing in Bogota, Colombia is seeking a Courier Structure Operations Sr. Analyst to architect and drive diversified courier models, ensuring an optimized supply structure and strong Product-Market Fit.

You will lead cross-functional projects with Product, Marketing, and Finance to implement designs and improve courier experience. The role requires 3+ years in tech strategy or operations, a relevant degree, and a user-centric mindset to balance growth with courier retention.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in Logistics, Management, Computer Science, or related fields.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in tech company strategy, product management, operational planning, or consulting.
• Experience in the gig economy, mobility, logistics & delivery, or related sectors is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Structure Design & Planning: Design diversified courier models and their rights & responsibilities, incentives, and growth systems to achieve precise supply-demand matching and Product-Market Fit.
• Project Execution & Implementation: Lead end-to-end lifecycle of new courier model initiatives or structural optimization projects with cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience & Retention Optimization: Establish metrics monitoring (NPS, retention, satisfaction, income distribution) to track experience and drive optimizations.
• Ecosystem Collaboration & Mechanism Building: Maintain close communication with stakeholders to align objectives and priorities for long-term cooperation.
