NeuraFlash, LLC (a part of Accenture) is seeking an Experience Architect, AI & Agentforce to drive end-to-end GenAI-powered experiences on Salesforce platforms for Colombia-based clients. You will collaborate with our AI team to design, architect, and deliver solutions that create measurable business value.

Formación

• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical consulting, enterprise architecture, or business process mapping role.
• 2-3 sentence minimum?
• 5+ years of CRM industry experience.
• Experience architecting and implementing Salesforce Service Cloud or Sales Cloud.
• Experience with GenAI prompt writing.
• Hands on experience with Agentforce or other Generative AI driven platforms.
• Proven ability to design and optimize business processes across disparate systems.
• Ability to tie outcomes to business value (return on investment) through storytelling.
• Comfortable using flow charting tools (e.g., Lucidchart).
• Ability to lead a cross-functional team to create rich end user experiences.
• Willing and able learner of new technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Provide industry best practices and serve as a trusted client advisor.
• Drive requirement gathering and serve as the Salesforce platform expert.
• Bring an experience design-focused mindset to solutions.
• Work with clients to build out their strategy and roadmap, enabling both quick wins and longer-term strategic goals.
• Provide input on detailed design specifications, infrastructure, and project plans.
• Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior technical and functional team members.
• Follow and understand new Salesforce product and technical capabilities.
