SoftServe is looking for an experienced professional to shape the technical direction of their Autonomous Agentic Platform, Neo. You will work on cutting-edge software engineering practices, mentoring a team of engineers while driving innovation and quality.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in designing and building complex software systems, particularly in AI and distributed environments. Exceptional expertise in Python, TypeScript, and cloud-native architectures is essential.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience designing complex software platforms, especially AI-centric systems.
• Strong expertise in various programming languages and tools, including Python, React, and Node.js.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and making technical decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Shape the technical direction of the Autonomous Agentic Platform.
• Define reusable engineering patterns for Agentic SDLC execution.
• Mentor technical leads and engineers on architecture and design.
• Establish and maintain engineering standards for quality and reliability.
