Entrepreneur Cooperative is seeking a Principal Agentic Software Engineer to lead AI-assisted software development on a large-scale technology platform. The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of experience in software engineering and architecture, with strong expertise in distributed systems, cloud-native architectures, and mentoring senior engineers.

This full-time remote position requires proficiency in TypeScript, Python, and C#. The successful candidate will play a key role in defining technical strategies and engineering excellence across teams.

Formación

• 12+ years of software engineering and architecture experience.
• Deep expertise in distributed systems and cloud-native architectures.
• Expert-level proficiency in TypeScript / JavaScript, Python, C# / .NET.
• Strong expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, and DevOps/SRE practices.
• Deep hands-on experience with AI-assisted engineering workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Define long-term engineering and platform architecture strategy.
• Lead modernization initiatives for distributed cloud-native systems.
• Establish engineering standards, governance frameworks, and scalability strategies.
