SoftServe is seeking a technical leader to drive advanced Generative AI solutions within its AI and Data Science Center. You will define the technical direction and lead the deployment of innovative AI strategies for top-tier clients.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, possesses advanced expertise in Python and AI frameworks, and has experience in deploying solutions at scale. Strong client-facing skills and the ability to mentor teams are essential for this role.

Formación

• Master's or Ph.D. in a relevant field is a must.
• Advanced proficiency in Python, especially with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Deep understanding of Generative AI, NLP, and transformer models.

Responsabilidades

• Define technical vision for AI initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Design multi-agent systems for real-world problem-solving.
• Mentor Data Scientists and ML Engineers in Generative AI best practices.
