SoftServe is seeking a seasoned robotics software engineer to design and deliver advanced robotics, AI-enhanced automation, and digital twins for outdoor vehicles. You will collaborate across engineering teams to translate simulation advances into real-world industrial deployments.

You will drive prototypes, production-ready robotics solutions, and cross-functional collaboration, mentoring engineers and guiding architectural decisions to ensure high-quality outcomes and scalable impact.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in robotics software or industrial automation.
• Experience with C++, Python, or Julia in real-time systems.
• Experience with simulation tools like MATLAB/Simulink or OpenFOAM.
• Strong knowledge of control theory and robotics algorithms.
• Experience with Unix/Linux, CI/CD, and testing practices.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop robotics and industrial software solutions using digital twins and physical hardware systems.
• Lead process modeling and optimization for continuous, discrete, and event-driven systems.
• Drive prototypes and production-ready robotics solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Integrate AI-driven capabilities into existing industrial equipment.
• Lead testing, validation, and deployment across simulation and real-world environments.
• Define and implement automated robotic systems to improve production efficiency.
• Contribute expertise in control systems, motion planning, sensing, and decision-making.
• Mentor engineers, conduct technical reviews, and influence architectural decisions.
