Plan A Technologies is looking for a Solutions Architect with AI-Assisted Development Focus. We are building an agentic AI development platform that embeds AI deeply into software delivery workflows — from design and coding to testing, review, and operations.

This role focuses on real-world systems, developer productivity, and operational excellence, not research. You must have at least 10+ years of experience as Solutions Architect to be considered.

Formación

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience as Solutions Architect.
• Experience designing and operating agentic AI systems in production.
• Hands-on coding experience across backend services and APIs.
• Strong communication and collaboration with engineering, product, and leadership teams.

Responsabilidades

• AI Platform & Provider Integration: design and integrate AI solutions with major cloud providers; architect provider-agnostic AI layers.
• Agentic AI Architecture & Patterns: design single- and multi-agent architectures; define interaction patterns between agents, APIs and users.
• AI-Assisted Development Enablement: accelerate software development with AI-assisted tooling; establish standards and best practices.
• Software Architecture & Hands-On Coding: design scalable, secure, observable systems; write and review production code.
• Cost, Performance & Reliability: monitor AI system usage, optimize cost and latency; ensure graceful degradation.
• AI Operations, Governance & Safety: design guardrails; implement logging, tracing and evaluation pipelines.
