Empresa Confidencial in Bogotá seeks an experienced Order-to-Cash Manager to oversee the full O2C cycle, ensuring billing is efficient, accurate, and timely. You will lead a 60+ person team, optimize KPIs, collaborate with finance, sales, and legal on contracts and revenue recognition, and drive automation.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience in O2C or related finance functions.
• Proven track record in managing teams and driving process improvements.
• Experience working with international clients and cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
• Advanced English is required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the O2C team (60+ team members), ensuring efficient execution of billing processes
• Monitor and improve key O2C KPIs such as DSO, billing accuracy, and effectiveness
• Ensure timely invoicing and resolution of billing disputes in collaboration with internal stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and automation within the O2C cycle
• Collaborate with finance, sales, and legal teams to ensure alignment on customer contracts and revenue recognition
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and audit requirements
• Support ERP system migrations
