Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking for a curious Solutions Architect to help partners in Latin America design and launch AI-powered customer experiences, including solutions built on Amazon Connect. You will combine AI/ML expertise with contact center know-how to architect scalable, measurable outcomes for clients.

In this role, you will lead technical strategy for partners, drive best practices, mentor teams, and translate feedback into a roadmap.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in CS/engineering.
• Experience in IT development, consulting, or implementation in software/internet.
• Experience in design, implementation, or consulting for applications and infrastructures.
• 4+ years in contact center or 2+ years in contact center domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical strategy for LATAM partners, architecting AI and Amazon Connect solutions.
• Collaborate with partners and GTM teams to design and deliver AI-powered CX outcomes.
• Create and share best practices via reference architectures, blogs, workshops, and events.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to partner teams and the SA community.
• Translate feedback into clear requirements for AWS product and engineering teams.
