Amazon is seeking a Senior Prototyping Engineer to join the AWS Prototyping and AI Customer Engineering team. The role covers the LATAM geography with travel to customer sites and focuses on rapid MVP experiments, prototypes for strategic visions, and AI-enabled development.

You will work in an agile environment, applying lean principles, iterative AI-powered development, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver technology and business outcomes for leading clients.

Formación

• 7+ years of specific technology domain areas experience (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics)
• 5+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures
• 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries
• 2+ years of programming experience
• Experience presenting to both technical and non-technical executive audiences

Responsabilidades

• Architect, develop, test and implement loosely coupled distributed software solutions.
• Research and employ up-to-date technological developments in customer engagements.
• Drive the AWS platform by aligning customer requirements with AWS service teams’ roadmaps.
• This role will focus on customers using AWS for research, development, and innovation.
• Author or contribute to AWS customer-facing publications such as white-papers, tutorials, blogs, etc.
• Position requires travel, generally, between 0 - 25%.
