Amazon is seeking a Senior Prototyping Engineer to join the AWS Prototyping and AI Customer Engineering team. You will support LATAM customers in prototyping for strategic product visions, combining agile AI-enabled development with lean principles.

The role focuses on prototyping, MVP experiments, and delivering technology and business outcomes across LATAM, with travel to customer sites as needed.

Formación

• 7+ years across technology domains: software, cloud, systems, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics.
• 5+ years in design, implementation, or consulting for applications and infrastructures.
• 10+ years IT development or consulting in software or Internet industries.
• 2+ years of programming experience.
• Experience presenting to executive audiences (technical and non-technical).

Responsabilidades

• Architect, develop, test and implement loosely coupled distributed software solutions.
• Research and apply up-to-date technologies in customer engagements.
• Drive AWS platform by aligning customer requirements with service roadmaps.
• Focus on customers using AWS for research, development, and innovation.
• Author or contribute to AWS customer facing publications (white papers, tutorials, blogs).
• Travel required, generally 0–25%.
