Caseware in Colombia seeks an experienced AI platform engineer to own end-to-end delivery of agentic AI systems in production, including architecture, pipelines, and cost control. Formación

• 2+ years building and operating production AI systems.
• Experience with agent frameworks, memory systems, or orchestration of tool-using AI systems.
• Production AWS experience with IaC tooling (CDK, CloudFormation, Terraform).
• Degree in CS or Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience; 8+ years of software development.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end architecture and delivery of AI platforms in production.
• Lead architecture reviews, RFCs, and design discussions across teams.
• Collaborate with senior developers, architects, and tech leads to define architecture roadmap.
• Improve core product build, CI/CD pipelines, and SDLC.
• Troubleshoot production issues; drive reliability, observability, and incident response.
• Mentor developers through design reviews and AI-enabled workflows.
