Publicis Sapient is seeking a Senior Generative AI Engineer / AI Agent Developer to design, build, and deploy AI-powered applications and enterprise AI solutions. The role focuses on agentic AI, LLMs, and cloud-native architectures with collaboration across architects, engineers, product managers, and clients.

You will work on production-grade AI applications, leveraging Azure AI services, Microsoft Fabric, and modern AI frameworks to solve complex business challenges and deliver measurable

Formación

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with cloud-native apps and APIs.
• Hands-on experience building AI agents, copilots, or agentic AI in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, tool calling, memory management, and AI workflow orchestration.
• Experience using AI-assisted development platforms (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor).

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents and agentic workflows using Generative AI platforms.
• Build scalable AI solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), orchestration frameworks, and autonomous agents.
• Develop and optimize multi-step AI workflows that integrate with enterprise systems, APIs, data platforms, and business processes.
• Build enterprise AI applications using Azure AI services, Microsoft Fabric, and cloud-native architectures.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, data, and business stakeholders to identify AI use cases and deliver production-ready solutions.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and developer tools to improve productivity and solution effectiveness.
