Publicis Sapient is seeking a Senior Generative AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI-powered applications and enterprise AI solutions. You will work with architects, engineers, product managers, and clients to deliver production-grade AI agents and agentic workflows using modern generative AI platforms.

The role focuses on building scalable AI solutions with LLMs, RAG, and cloud-native architectures, collaborating across teams, and delivering tangible business outcomes with responsible AI

Formación

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including cloud-native apps and APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and Azure AI Foundry.
• Experience developing and deploying AI agents, copilots, or agentic AI solutions in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, tool calling, memory management, AI workflow orchestration, and agent architectures.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents and agentic workflows.
• Build scalable AI solutions leveraging LLMs and RAG frameworks.
• Develop multi-step AI workflows integrated with enterprise systems and APIs.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, data, and business stakeholders to identify AI use cases.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies to improve productivity and solution effectiveness.
• Implement enterprise AI governance, observability, and security practices.
