Publicis Sapient seeks a Senior Generative AI Engineer / AI Agent Developer to design, build, and deploy AI-powered applications and intelligent agents using modern generative AI tech and cloud-native architectures.

You will partner with architects, engineers, product managers, and clients to deliver scalable AI solutions that solve complex business challenges and create measurable outcomes.

Formación

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including cloud-native apps and APIs.
• Experience building AI agents, copilots, or agentic AI in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, tool calling, memory management, and AI workflow orchestration.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents and agentic workflows.
• Build scalable AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, and orchestration frameworks.
• Develop and optimize multi-step AI workflows that integrate with enterprise systems and APIs.
• Build enterprise AI applications using cloud-native architectures.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, data, and business stakeholders to deliver production-ready solutions.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies to improve productivity and solution effectiveness.
• Implement enterprise AI governance, observability, security, and responsible AI.
• Contribute to AI engineering standards and reusable assets across teams.
• Partner with senior engineers and architects to solve complex technical challenges.
