EPAM Systems in Colombia seeks a Lead Agentic C# Engineer to join the Investments team, driving high availability, performance, and a superior customer experience. You will collaborate with Development, QA and Operations to ensure robust services while embracing new technologies.

You will design, implement, and test software, mentor teammates, and advance automation and best practices across projects. Expect a collaborative, innovation-driven environment with global challenges.

Formación

• BS in Computer Science or related field or 5–6 years of related experience in lieu of degree.
• Proficiency in C#, TDD, web development and automated testing.
• Experience with SQL/databases from C#/.NET and writing complex queries.
• Experience with AI/GitHub Copilot in SDLC.
• Experience using JavaScript.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines and tools such as TeamCity, Cake and Octopus.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and data-analysis skills.
• Ability to write tested, maintainable code.
• Excellent communication with internal teams and stakeholders.
• English proficiency at B2+ level.

Responsabilidades

• Build or implement technologies to meet business needs using industry standard tools and best practices.
• Establish the agentic pipeline using GitHub Copilot.
• Design, develop and maintain unit, integration and performance tests.
• Maintain high standards of software quality by establishing good practices.
• Identify and encourage growth and improvement within the team.
• Assist in developing user stories, estimates and work plans.
• Advise clients and IT management on capabilities and strategies for new technologies.
• Drive operational efficiency through automation and systemization.
