EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior .NET Developer to join our global engineering team in Colombia. You will design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality web applications, collaborating with multi-national colleagues to deliver robust solutions.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of hands-on experience with .NET and C#, ASP.NET MVC, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS and HTML, plus strong English communication. You will participate in code reviews, implement best practices, and support continuous

• 3+ years of real-world .NET and C# development experience.
• Proficient in JavaScript with practical jQuery usage.
• Skilled in CSS and HTML for responsive interfaces.
• Hands-on experience with ASP.NET MVC on live projects.
• Strong communication and collaboration in distributed teams.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, test, and fix web applications prioritizing speed and stability.
• Roll out features and improvements to existing products.
• Integrate new components and external tools to keep pace with needs.
• Adhere to coding standards and participate in code reviews.
• Ensure quality across development lifecycle and validate work against criteria.
• Review backlog during grooming to understand project needs.
• Support infrastructure to improve stability and scalability.
• Rotate on-call to handle critical incidents.
