Job summary

Wall Street Quants is seeking an experienced admissions advisor based in Bogotá to conduct scheduled consultations with prospective students and guide them through our program.

You will assess backgrounds, explain tuition, handle objections, and maintain CRM records while coordinating appointment scheduling. A 90-day ramp, weekly coaching, and full training on quantitative finance support success.

Qualifications

• Two years or more in admissions, enrollment, or education sales.
• Track record of hitting enrollment or cash targets.
• You know how to sell and run real conversations, handling cost, timing and confidence objections.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled consultations with applicants, 20–35 minutes.
• Assess background, goals and readiness; advise on fit honestly.
• Explain tuition and payment options clearly.
• Handle objections with care, including cost, timing and confidence.
• Stay in contact with undecided applicants until a decision is reached.
• Confirm upcoming appointments and keep CRM records current.
