La función implica revisar tareas diarias, seguir operaciones marítimas y gestionar documentos de soporte en el sistema operativo, contribuyendo a la entrega ágil de operaciones y a la mejora de procesos.

Aprendiz para apoyo al equipo de Operaciones en TIBA BAQ

FUNCIONES

• PLANEAR:
  • Revisar diariamente las tareas asignadas por el Departamento Marítimo (ASC) relacionadas con las cargas pendientes por arribar.
  • Organizar cronograma de seguimiento de operaciones mediante sistema operativo, líneas marítimas, terminales y Marine Traffic.
• HACER:
  • Revision Diaria de Task Asignadas por el Dpto Maritimo Maritimo (NAL) de las cargas pendientes por arribar.
  • Descargar del sistema sistema operativo documentos notificados por el NAL / SC (MBL y HBL)
  • Verificacion de los documentos BL Master VS Hijos (Cantidades, Descripcion, Cortes Consignatarios, Fecha de Corte, Etc)
  • Seguimiento a las operaciones según fecha de arribo mediante sistema operativo, Las páginas de Las Lineas Maritimas, Plataforma de terminales, Marine Trafic.
  • Descargar y subir documentos soporte de la operación al sistema operativo (1166(Reemplazos) )
  • Las demás responsabilidades que me sean asignadas por el superior inmediato y las requeridas por los procesos o por la empresa
  • Subir al sistema operativo soporte de entrega de liberaciones entregadas a las agencias de aduanas y/o clientes
  • Entrega de originales (HBL, MBL y comodatos) a la agecia de aduanas y/o clientes que vengan por liberación
  • Subir liberaciones virtuales
  • Desbloquear unidades en el sistema del terminal
• VERIFICAR:
  • Validar la informacion ingresada al sistema operativo se encuentre acorde a documentos de transporte HBL y MBL
  • Verificacion de la situacion crediticia de los clientes
• ACTUAR:
  • Informar a las Coordinadoras MUISCA sobre las novedades e inconsistencias encontradas
  • Escalar de manera oportuna al jefe inmediato las novedades identificadas en la operación que puedan generar insatisfacción del cliente, impactos económicos o afectaciones para la compañía, con el fin de facilitar la toma de decisiones y la implementación de acciones correctivas.
