Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Brindar servicio al cliente basándose en los procesos de coordinar, planificar y asesorar las actividades y operaciones de transporte de carga nacional e internacional.
• Atender y gestionar requerimientos de clientes conforme a los procedimientos de la compañía.
• Asegurar cumplimiento de estándares y tiempos de entrega de las operaciones.

What will your functions be?

Brindar servico al cliente basado en los procesos de coordinar, planificar y asesorar todas las actividades y operaciones de transporte de carga nacional e internacional conforme a los requisitos y procedimientos establecidos en la compañía.

What are we looking for?

Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de tecnólogo o profesional en comercio exterior o negocios internacionales, con experiencia mínima de 2 años en el sector de logística internacional en el área de servicio al cliente / operativo, debe contar nivel de inglés (A2-B1), así como el manejo de herramientas ofimáticas.

Contract & Working Hours

2 días de alternancia después de aprobado el periodo de prueba Contrato a término indefinido Horario 8-5/ Sabados 2 horas.
