Scotiabank in Bogotá seeks a SAP SuccessFactors Platform and Support Lead to drive analysis, design and delivery of RBPM and platform changes. You will lead a specialized HR technology team, coordinate with global partners, and apply Agile practices to resolve complex business problems.

Fluency in English is required, with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills to support reporting and stakeholder communication. This role blends technical leadership with people management in a hybrid work setup.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Role Based Permissions and platform features.
• Undergraduate degree in business, economics, mathematics, or related field; 4–6 years of practical experience.
• Fluent in English.
• Expertise in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Lead analysis, design, development, configuration and support for SAP SuccessFactors in RBPM and platform changes.
• Manage complex HR technology projects with Agile methodologies.
• Provide guidance to stakeholders and support across modules focusing on RBPM.
• Collaborate with Global HR teams and GHRT to improve processes.
• Mentor and coach team members as a People Manager.
