Scotiabank in Bogotá, Colombia seeks a PEGA Solutions Associate to lead analysis, design, and development of PRPC-based solutions for internal banking processes. You’ll contribute to architecture, implementation, and production support, collaborating with product owners and technologists to deliver reliable Case Management systems.

The role requires 3+ years in software analysis/development, familiarity with Java/.NET, and willingness to learn Pega CSA within 4 months.

Formación

• A degree in computer science, math, or engineering is desirable with at least 3 years of professional experience.
• Experience in analysis, design, and development of OOP solutions.
• Ability to quickly learn PRPC architecture and become Pega CSA certified within 4 months.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to support stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and deliver high-quality deliverables across project phases from requirements to production support.
• Assist with planning and executing unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Ensure timely delivery of solutions within structured timeframes.
• Collaborate with product owners and tech teams to meet client objectives.
• Provide technical ownership and guidance on solution design and architecture.
