RAM BPO in Medellín, Colombia seeks a Senior Freight Pricing Specialist to manage high-value freight quotations across Air, Ocean and Inland transport. You’ll serve as SME, drive pricing accuracy, coach junior staff, and partner with commercial, operations and other teams to win competitive business.

On-site role with a focus on analysis, market rate benchmarking, and continuous process improvements to support strategic pricing decisions.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Freight Pricing.
• Strong knowledge of Air Freight, Ocean Freight, and Inland Transportation.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Manage complex, strategic, and urgent freight quotations.
• Validate pricing competitiveness, profitability, and accuracy.
• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for non-standard and complex pricing requests.
• Support workload distribution and assist in handling operational escalations.
• Coach and guide junior pricing team members.
• Identify pricing, process, and rate gaps while proposing improvements.
• Collaborate with commercial, operations, and cross-functional teams to deliver competitive solutions.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.
