GEA Group in Bogota is seeking a Sales Support to join our local office. You will enter and manage sales and service orders in SAP, maintain quotes, orders, and sales activity records, and support the sales team across CRM tasks.

You will collaborate with engineers and service staff, analyze customer patterns for upselling, and help ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction. Fluency in English is valued for regional collaboration.

Formación

• Understand the technical aspects of GEA’s products and the food industry.
• Proven sales experience and ability to close deals and meet objectives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Spanish and English where relevant.

Responsabilidades

• Enter and manage sales and service orders in the SAP system.
• Maintain accurate records of quotes, orders, and sales activities in the CRM to facilitate tracking and reporting.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure timely responses to customer requests and meet delivery deadlines.
• Support the sales team in CRM administration.
• Participate in team meetings and effectively communicate relevant information to all departments involved.
• Assist in resolving issues related to sales orders, deliveries, and invoicing, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
• Analyze customer consumption patterns to identify upselling opportunities and additional sales strategies.

Right now we are looking for our future Sales Support who will be located in our Bogota office.

Responsibilities / Tasks

• Enter and manage sales and service orders in the SAP system.
• Maintain accurate records of quotes, orders, and sales activities in the CRM to facilitate tracking and reporting.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure timely responses to customer requests and meet delivery deadlines.
• Support the sales team in CRM administration.

Your Profile / Qualifications

• Technical Knowledge: Ability to understand the technical aspects of GEA’s products and services, as well as the food industry in general.
• Sales Skills: Proven experience and ability in closing sales and achieving business objectives. Capability to identify sales opportunities and turn them into successful business deals.
• Effective Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and potentially other languages relevant to the target market. Ability to clearly and persuasively communicate the benefits of GEA’s products and services.
• Customer Relationship Management: Expertise in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering value-added solutions. Proficiency in managing customer expectations effectively and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Autonomy and Organizational Skills: Ability to work independently while efficiently managing time and tasks. Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records of sales activities and meet established deadlines.
