Wonolo is seeking a Sales Operations Associate to own and optimize the go-to-market tooling stack, focusing on automation and integration across Salesforce, Gong, Clay, and Zapier. You will partner with Sales and Customer Success to reduce manual work and improve data quality.

The role emphasizes hands-on automation, cross-functional collaboration, and working with a US-based tech company that enables remote Latin America talent. Join a mission-driven team and help scale our GTM operations.

Formación

• 2–4 years in a systems, operations, or GTM tooling role (revenue ops, sales ops, marketing ops, or similar).
• Hands-on experience building automations across GTM toolstack and tooling.
• Experience evaluating or piloting AI tools in real business workflows.
• Fluent working knowledge of Salesforce and data modeling.

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage the GTM toolstack (Salesforce, Gong, Clay, Qualified, Zapier, Y-Meadows) and provide first-line support to reps and managers.
• Scope and drive GTM tooling initiatives end to end with clear milestones and cross-functional accountability.
• Evaluate new tools and build compelling business cases for adopted solutions.
• Build documentation and self-serve resources to reduce reactive support load.
• Identify manual processes and design automations to eliminate them across the GTM team.
